The office is nice, new, and clean. The receptionist is very kind and extremely helpful. The Doctor was also extremely kind and he has a very caring and professional bedside manner. My husband took off work to take me to the appointment and I was in a lot of pain, so to wait in the exam room for over two hours was just really disheartening.

Scheduled an appointment at 9.45am for my annual checkup at this facility. Took me 3 hours to exit the doctors office. An emergency medical camp is way better organized than this facility. Such a terrible experience. Impatient staff. Doctor doesn't communicate properly. Doctors and staff struggle with the outdated computer systems. No proper communication between the nurse, staff, and the doctor. The doctor clearly instructed staff to collect my blood and provide a container to collect my urine for urinalysis. The lab guy collected my blood and said I am good to go. I had to remind him about my urine sample. FYI, the restrooms are outside the office shared with all other offices in the building. I literally had to go to the restroom outside, pee in the container, and bring it back to the office myself. Such an inconvenience for sick, differently abled, or senior citizens. Never going back there.

I booked an appointment through Zocdoc because the office showed availability, but shortly after they called me to cancel and reschedule me for three weeks later. This feels very unprofessional and misleading, as the times shown on Zocdoc were not actually available. Patients rely on accurate scheduling, and this kind of practice creates a frustrating and disappointing experience.

The visit was good as usual we were seen faster than usual, which was amazing. We got there a little earlier around 1:32 pm. Appointment was at 2:00 pm. We were seen by 1:45 pm =) But waited an about and a half to see the doctor.
