Flourishing Insight Therapy is a practice for parentified daughters who are experiencing the impact of childhood trauma in their adult lives. You may be driven by guilt making you neglect your needs and possibly believing that your needs are too much. Using somatic therapy we explore tension in your body that may causing you to feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or brain fog. Somatic therapy helps you connect with what's important to you. Giving you the space to feel lighter and grounded in your body while giving you the clarity to make decisions.
