Was hoping I could prevent ingrown toenail “surgery” and the need to get a shot in my toe (as my previous experience on the same toe, with a different doctor, was very unpleasant)! Dr. Conley was able to relieve the soreness and pressure without having to give me the shot!! He also cut and filed the rest my toenails when I told him that I am 79 and have a 40 degree back scoliosis and have trouble grooming them myself!

Dr. Dhukani was both professional and welcoming, with an excellent bedside manner; she took the time to explain her diagnosis, the treatment options, and answer all of my questions. I was seen on time and never felt rushed.
In addition, the office was clean and well-kept, the staff was very nice and friendly.

Dr. Cece and her front office staff were so inviting and friendly. No wait time, quick and professional. I did not feel rushed at all either. Dr. Cece went over the X-rays with me thoroughly ensuring that I understood my fracture. I was in and out, with no questions left to ask. I was so pleased from scheduling online, arrival and service.

I was told this facility accepts ChampVA. When I arrived I was told by the receptionist that they don’t. Then they checked on self pay and treated me like I was peasant who would never want to self pay. They also lied and said they had tried contacting me about the appt to tell me ChampVA wasn’t going to be accepted. I had 0 emails, voicemails or missed calls. As I tried to figure things out they said I would need to book a new appointment. The place appeared very clean but the front desk person had 0 communication skills or bedside manner. Was short, rude and not concerned at all about why I was there. I won’t be going back.

Dr. Toole and his staff were amazing. As soon as I completed my paperwork, they had me in a room, and I only waited a few minutes for Dr. Toole to come into the treatment room. He was very professional, knew what my problems were, and recommended treatments to address my issues. Very pleased with everything.
