Dr Rawa has a very pleasant bedside manner. He fixed my ingrown toenail on the first visit and didn’t make me reschedule another appointment to fix the problem. It feels much better already the day after the procedure. Zocdoc wouldn’t let me pre-register online. There was an issue of last time seen by doctor, which this was my first visit to him, and dates were flagged as invalid dates when signing my name to release forms.

I was very pleased with how soon they were able to schedule me. When I arrived at the office the receptionist was waiting for me and I was seen by the doctor within ten minutes. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Doctor explained the procedure and made sure I understood everything he was going to do before he proceeded. I hope I never have to go back but if I do I’ll for sure go back with them again.

Amazing experience! The staff was wonderful, Dr. Rawa was excellent and very knowledgeable, everyone was so kind as well. My procedure went great and I left the office feeling good about everything, especially because they gave me printed instructions on how to care for my toe post procedure.

Front desk receptionist was less than welcoming. In fact, she sighed heavily as I asked for a copy of a script discussed with the doctor. The two nurses that helped with check in and check out were great. Doctor was good. He listened to my concerns and developed a plan to address them.

Dr. Rawa was thorough explaining everything; he asked many questions relating to my condition so that he could best evaluate it and recommend a course of treatment. I would suggest that a more prominent sign be visible indicating where the office is located--I had to walk up to the door before I saw a small sign. I do NOT like the Zocdoc system at all. It seems cumbersome, annoying and often repetitive..
