I loved this office. Everyone from the beginning of my appointment to the end was friendly an treated me with kindness and warmth. I felt as if they were very interested in me and my concerns. I cannot remember a doctor and staff, on a first visit, showing so much interest in me throughout the entire visit.

I saw Robin first. She took my history & completed the basic neuro exam. When tbe doctor came in, he made reasonabke suggestions to try to help me manage my headaches better. I was pleased that he actually did seem to understand my situation.

When you arrive, the personnel quickly work to make sure you are ready to be seen. Once you get to the exam room, questions and concerns are quickly dealt with in preparation of the Dr. coming into the room. A course of action is determined and then preparation is made to work in that direction.
The direct discussion is nice. The readiness to "do something" is there (rather than a "wait and see" attitude).

The interest given from the Dr. regarding questions, conditions, etc, made me feel like he truly cared about how I feel. He listened closely and analyzed according to what was said, rather than having a preconceived notion of the situation.

My husband had his first appointment with Dr. Hetrick yesterday. We waited 2 weeks to get in and it was definitely worth the wait. We first met with NP Susan and then with both her and Dr. Hetrick. Both were very thorough and knew their stuff!
