I hobbled in using a cane, I walked out not needing it again for awhile, I HOPE. Dr. Chen listened to me and then acted right there and then to help relieve my pain. He also referred me to a pain Dr who is not aimed at writing scripts but finding why and how I might fix it. I would recommend this gentleman to anyone who is looking for a Dr. Who appears to care about the patient more than the check he gets from the insurance company. I really can't express my gratitude enough.

Not the first time I've been to see him. But I used ZocDoc to make the appointment for the next day because the office was closed.
He listens to what you say and find the exact spot where the pain is. I went in for another shot on my foot.

Dr. Chen is the best doctor in the world. He makes you feel totally welcome and comfortable. He takes his time and explains everything to you and addresses all your concerns. He even went out of his way to help me and I can't thank him enough!! He is the by far the best doctor I have ever met, and I am so grateful that I found him and am now under his care. I highly, highly, highly recommend him to everyone!! I forgot to mention his office staff is so friendly and helpful, they make the visit very pleasant as well. On a scale from 1 to 10 I rate him 100!!

The visit with the doctor went great. I do have concerns about my medication prescription being submitted to CVS.
My appointment was at 1:15pm, the doctor said he would be submitting a prescription to CVS today. I called the doctor’s office at 4:00pm to inquire about the prescription and if it had been requested, at that time it was not yet submitted. I have checked my CVS portal & called CVS about my prescription’s status. It has not been submitted as of 7:00pm. This is a medication to reduce the gout flare up I am experiencing, currently. The lack of follow up is disappointing.

I have suffered with ingrown toenails for more than a year. I put off seeing a doctor because I wasn’t sure what to expect and I wasn’t sure what Dr I should see.
The pain on one of my toes reached my maximum pain threshold so I got online to find a doctor. Dr. Chen came up as a suggestion. When I read his reviews, I was hopeful that I would get as good of result as the people that were raving about his service. Booking the appointment was so easy. I wasn’t asked to fill out reams of paperwork just some simple forms. I didn’t have to wait even a single minute. My appointment was 2:15 and he walked in the door one minute early! He’s nice and friendly has a very kind demeanor. I knew that the procedure was going to require a shot. That’s honestly why I waited so long to get to a doctor. But he was fantastic, I’m not gonna say it didn’t hurt, but he was a real pro and the discomfort was minimal. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Chen. A wonderful experience.

Arrived 30 minutes early for my appt. Filled out paperwork and immediately took me back. Dr. came in within 5 minutes, discussed my situation and resolution. Process took about 20 minutes and I was on my way home before my scheduled appt time. Very impressed.

It was just ok. I went in for a second opinion and had 4 things on the list to talk to him about. After the 1st, he lowered the chair and said it’s time for X-rays. I told him I had a few more things, so he raised the chair back up. After the 2nd, he lowered the chair again and said it’s time for X-rays. When I reminded him I still had 2 other concerns, he gave a shy chuckle and yep, raised the chair back up. It was annoying because it felt like he wasn’t listening to me, his patient. It felt like he was rushing through the visit in an otherwise empty office.

Dr. Chen and his office staff are extremely caring and supportive. Dr. Chen did an amazing job on my feet, minimizing any discomfort and reassuring me throughout the procedure. He also gave me printed instructions for the care of my feet afterwards. I would highly recommend him!

First things first the office was amazingly spotless!
