I had scheduled a routine dermatologist appointment and the weekend before had to have an unexpected hospital visit and ortho surgery. I initially cancelled the appointment 2 days before, thinking I wouldn’t be able to keep it. The day before the appointment, I called the office to see if I could still come in for the check up: yes, my appointment time was still available. I arrived 5 minutes late (traffic) and then had to wait as the receptionist dealt with prior customers. When it was my time to check in, she couldn’t find my appointment first, then told me I was late (I was waiting to be checked in?) then she said someone had called back to cancel my appointment? Then she checked with the doctor and stated they could accomodate me in about a hour. I was not in a physical position to wait an additional hour to be seen. I got the impression that the office deals primarily with extensive derm treatments rather than annual derm appointments.

I was seen within 5 minutes of my check in, Breanna took my information and the doctor saw me again within 5 minutes or less. went right to the issue and I was out of there in 10 minutes. Awesome

I had a wonderful appointment with Dr. Ajay Kailas. The front desk specialist, the medical assistant (Juliet), and the doctor himself were all extremely professional, efficient, and kind. Each of them carefully and patiently responded to the questions I had for them (on insurance, medication types and timelines, prescription details, appointments, etc.). I especially appreciated the way that Dr. Kailas sought out my perspective on the treatments that have worked / are working for my skin. It was obvious that he trusts and cares for his patients. It was a gift to find a compassionate and knowledgeable doctor who takes Medicaid!

Office super cute, friendly staff, the doctor phenomenal, very knowledgeable and willing to help in partnership with my preferences. Didn’t push any expensive products or anything (which so many dermatologists do), just prescription meds.
