Staff was friendly and welcoming. I had a brief (~5-10 minute) wait before I was seen by the X-Ray tech. The new patient process was explained clearly through each step.
Dr. Botica was very warm and thorough. Overall I’d describe the experience with this dentist’s office as both friendly and professional. Would recommend.

Great people. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. If someone has apprehension with going to a dentist this office and staff will wipe that away by the time you walk out the door. Highly recommend her and her staff for a relaxed dental appointment.

Extreme anxiety about going to the dentist. Had a loose tooth that needed removal. She let me know exactly what I'd feel, & the sounds I'd hear during extraction. Definitely eased everything as it was exactly how she described. Did not take long.

Dr. Ryckowski clearly explained my options for my front tooth that had been chipped. She gave me the pros and cons of each option and let me make my own decision without trying to sell me on any other unnecessary services. The work I had performed was phenomenal and the assistant was incredibly friendly and prompt to help have me in and out of the office in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend this dentist office and would not call anywhere else for services.

I suffer from anxiety, depression, and IBS so in general going to doctor's appointments is always a difficult experience for me. The doctor and the entire staff were compassionate and understanding. There was clear communication throughout the appointment, and they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and ensure that it was a positive experience for me. With the first appointment, I got xrays and an exam...I haven't been to the dentist in 5 years by the way. I go back in a few weeks to get a preventative cleaning. Highly recommend this doctor and her office.

I truly felt real comfortable with the hygienist and the dentist. They both made me feel very comfortable and not to fear anything. I am looking forward to my next visit. I will let you guys know how I really feel afterwards. The dentist is very beautiful and friendly. She’s the best. I am getting four teeth extracted. Pray with me.

I’m beyond satisfied. I’ve had about 6 dentist appointments in the last 3 months. They all completely missed how broken my tooth was. I explained to them how much pain I was in over and over. Dr. Botica wasted no time identifying the crack that I knew was there. She explained that it had cracked to the root. She performed an effortless and painless extraction. I had never had an extraction before so I have no reference, but this was an amazing experience. Dr. Botica and her staff have amazing bedside manner. They checked in with me constantly and ensured that I was as comfortable as possible. Dr. Botica and her staff are personable and I felt truly cared for. Empathy was off the charts. 11/10.

Dr. Botica and the entire office were terrific! The cleaning was very thorough and Dr. Botica took her time to answer all my questions... even spending time on the phone with me after the appointment to answer more questions I had about crowns.

To me you can't improve your score. The level of care, concern, etc. has exceeded my expectations. As far as cost, when you trust who is working on you, you trust what they charge for their services. I'm sure I could have gotten it done for less, but the outcome would have been less.
I just wanted to let you know why I graded it all like I did.
