Dr. Carter has been providing my injection and laser services for the last few years. I live in Virginia and drive to see Dr. Carter because I like the results and feel it's worth the drive. I like injection results, but do not care for the real housewives look. Dr Carter listens to my thoughts about the results I am looking for, then she provides suggestions as to what works best to achieve the results. I recommend Dr. Carter to anyone who is looking for a physician who takes the time to get to know her patient and the patient's desired outcome.
