I felt very seen and cared for in the moment. We discussed my mental health history and my experiences with a previous psychiatrist, and I was able to get an emergency prescription refill because I forgot my medication at home while on vacation. I would happily meet with Dr. Obike again because of her attentiveness and care!

I set up an appointment for emergency medication management, received no communication from the office until I called myself. After that I was told by the person answering the phone that they would transfer me to “another clinic.” When I asked what that meant for me booking a telehealth visit, they were unable to explain the meaning of this or what I needed to do next. I never received any communication or updates. This clinic should not be allowed to list appointments on ZocDoc as they are clearly unprepared to schedule or complete them. They have no regard for patient communication or safety.

Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, she carefully worked with me to identify the type of medication that aligned with my personal specifications, values, and comfort level, explaining options clearly and involving me in every decision. Throughout the process, she remained highly responsive to side effects and unexpected challenges, adjusting treatment thoughtfully and proactively so that my well-being was always the priority.

I had recently moved to a new city, unaware that I couldn't fill my last prescription in another state even if my pharmacy already had the prescription. Pierre was amazing and didn't make me jump through hoops by going through the process of re-diagnosing a condition I was diagnosed with as a child. He was especially kind and helpful after hours when the pharmacy technician was giving me a hard time because I was "out of state". Pierre even made sure to check in later that I was able to get my prescription.

Pierre is the goat. After dealing with medical professionals on over 6 telehealth services throughout my life (23 years old lol), I have not met anyone as competent, professional, and kind as Pierre. I would be happy for him to be the provider for the rest of my life.
He is young and understands other young focused professionals very well.
I believe that many other medical professionals could benefit from training underneath him or learning his patient methodologies. Cheers to Pierre!
