I created an appointment since I’ve been needing to see a psychiatrist, decided to book an appointment 2 weeks in advance. I was waiting for 30 minutes with no one showing up to the appointment. I decided to just cut my loses, but it puts me back on much needed help that I need for my mental health. I’m very disappointed. Just sucks to know that my appointment wasn’t even taken seriously. No communication either from their end.

I wasn't contacted by provider and waited on video chat for a while before I decided to call, upon calling provider was aware of appointment,yet still didn't think to contact me, too that off she wasn't sure if my insurance was accepted or not. Such a waste of money and time. Thabks
