Forward Focus Counseling

My main approach to therapy is to truly get to know the person that I am working with. Therapy is not a one-size fits all service, so I look to create individualized plans to ensure that we are targeting your specific goals. While I have experience across many areas, I primarily specialize in working with young children and adolescents. I have had plenty of success in helping children and teens rebuild their self-image to a place where they feel confident in their ability to be successful. I am also well-versed in working with families to help them strengthen the communication among the system.
