Had an amazing visit with Melissa. She really listened to all of my concerns and did some tests in the clinic, told me why I was feeling sick and sent me medications for it. The pharmacy was being weird with filling the medication so she called the pharmacy twice for me to get the issue resolved within an hour of being seen! It felt like being seen by a friend not a stranger. I will be recommending her to others!!

I was upset with my experience. I asked for bloodwork and was told it would come back within 72 hours. It is now almost 2 weeks later with no results after calling for them twice. The receptionist, Ian? Said he would call me back and never did. I was never informed of where to find my lab results or how to access my portal; I had to call and ask for this information. On top of this, I was left in the room with no further instructions. She came back in and just said “you are free to go now.” Not a great experience overall. She was very kind, but I’m unhappy with the efficiency and communication from this place.

I recently switched from my long time provider to Melissa because she demonstrates excellent bedside manner and she truly listens to her patients. She is very thorough in her exams, and makes sure everyone feels comfortable in her care. Could not recommend her enough, thankful that I found her to help me with my weight loss journey!
