Foster is a values-based counseling and therapy practice that pairs evidence-based approaches with a simple belief that you're not broken and you don't need to be fixed. We serve kids (8+), teens, and adults, with in-person care based in McHenry and DeKalb Counties, Illinois, and virtual care available across the state. We use real, human interaction that's clinically informed to help facilitate insight, growth, and transformation, and to help you feel supported in your everyday life.
