they were easy to find. the website was very functional to use. my questions were addressed online . i even called for clarification and that issue was resolved as well. after i left the visit which was informative and personal, i received a call from the doctor himself . he shared there was a billing error and it will be corrected by them. That to me shows that this will be my new doctor and i will tell others to check him out. Thanks Steve .

The visit was super smooth! Dr A was right on time (sometimes you have to wait a bit a drs offices), and listened to everything I had to say. After the appointment I only had to wait about 10 mins to get my RX. 10/10!

I feel like my previous primary care assumed all of my problems were caused by anxiety, and wouldn't do labs or any other investigation, just passed me off to super expensive specialists without any tests or proper thought on what he could do in the meantime. Ive spent nearly 15k out of pocket on now. Luckily i now have insurance. Doctor A seemed to listen to my concerns. I explained it wasn't anxiety causing my problems, and he reiterated and understood the problems are causing me some anxiety. Very receptive to getting some lab tests that could potentially help me or at the very least rule it out as a suspect of some of my symptoms. Very professional and nice. Would reccomend. Not only that, he ASKED for my medical records!! In the 3 months I've been with my previous primary care i was never asked for medical record's despite too many hospital visits some abnormal labs and abnormal labs I've ordered my self. Dr. A is definitely promising and gives me a new sense of hope.
