I am a licensed professional counselor in Texas with over 10 years of experience working as a psychotherapist and life coach. I work with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, parenting problems, life transitions, low self esteem and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. Emotional pain, stress, and anxiety are inevitable parts of being human, but suffering doesn't have to be. We can work together to help you increase your mind's flexibility, take action using effective coping skills, and align your living with your values. Together we can process unresolved trauma and make room for healing. Change is never easy, but living a life that is meaningful for you is possible, no matter what challenges you are currently facing. I specialize in helping men and women address issues impacting their quality of life head on. My approach is collaborative, warm, and effective. Together, we will create an individualized treatment plan that is tailored to your specific needs and goals all in service of helping you to live the life you want to live.
