Dr Rogers and her team are fantastic! She is always accessible for a follow up call or appointment. She listens to anxieties and provides rationale and comforting advice, while also providing the option for a further check up so you have peace of mind.
The office is refreshing. Everyone is kind and helpful. And you feel like more relaxed stepping into this office vs. a regular hospital.

Dr. Rogers listens and learns before making recommendations. I’ve had an Gynecologist actively listen to me without interruption. She didn’t dismiss my concerns. Everything was calming and she talked to me while performing my pap, which made me feel more calm and less awkward. Thank you!

The office reminds me of a spa and Dr. Francesca was friendly, knowledgeable and very inviting. I didn't like that the office moved and I wasn't aware of the move until a week before my appointment, but besides that, it was an overall great experience and I'll definitely be going back.

The facility is clean and peaceful. It has a very calming and zen quality about it, like going to a luxurious spa. Dr. Rogers is a wonderful doctor with a courteous, calm and clear bedside manner. She really listens and addresses all of my concerns. The whole staff is friendly and helpful.

I booked an appointment a month out with this provider because she had great ratings & accepted my insurance. About a week before my appointment the office called about the change in address, they moved offices and were now in the greater LA area. No big deal, it's closer to work for me; during the conversation with the assistant I was told that my insurance was out of network. This was disappointing since I verified she was a provider on my provider list. I decided to proceed with the appointment as I had waited so long and just wanted to be reassured there was nothing wrong. I was finally seen and the doctor was so focused on the way my intake form was completed that she completely missed the reason I was in the office in the first place. Her condescending tone may work for those with poor education or those that want a yes women but for me it was awfully frustrating. I don't have time to tell the doctor I'm paying to see what I need to have done. It was a huge waste of time.

The exam itself was quick and efficient. Wait was over an hour and 20 minutes but luckily I had no where to be and she said that was a longer wait than usual so I give them the benefit of the doubt. Doctor was nice.
