Francina Fantauzzo

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Board Certified Art Therapist, and Yoga Instructor trained in a variety of techniques to address stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, neurodiversity, and life transitions. I provide virtual therapy and utilize multiple modes of expression depending upon your needs. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adult women. I believe in a holistic approach to mental health that emphasizes awareness, mind/body experiencing, and the power of choice while changing our relationship to the thinking process, sensations, and emotions. I encourage you to share your story and we will explore what has been contributing to your struggles, work to develop your personal strengths, and develop effective coping strategies.
