I wish I had found Michael sooner. He is extrem;ley empathetic, compassionate, and understands my complex issues. If i am having a difficult day, I can text Michael and he will always respond with an encouraging thought or how i can change my thinking. Using different coping skills and now working on DBT therapy, I am hoping to get to a better place in handling what life throws at me. Michael has been a Godsend to me.
