We felt that Franklin was very easy to talk with and already helped improve the communication between myself and my son.

Not a good experience at all. Treated mental illness like something that could be cured instead of managed and acted like he knew more about me than myself. Also said that "men think more rationally than women" which immediately turned me away from him.
