I thought my insurance covered my appointment then they tell me after a 35 minute ride I have to pay cash I did not have they need to call with info to let the person decide I'm 71 and this was wrong

Great Experience, The Office was very nice, clean, comfortable. The staff was warm and inviting. I was seen promptly, actually before my scheduled appt. I was able to fill out almost all the forms before, online, which was convenient and made the process quicker. Dr. Frederick was very informative, went over my x-rays together, explained his findings, and let me know he would continue to review and create a plan on my next visit. Overall a great, seamless experience
