Tifane is very thorough and helpful. I am no stranger to mental health. Have been through therapy and psychiatric visits for both of my kids and myself. She doesn't just give you a diagnosis and some pills. She really listens. She uses the latest tools for testing. It has been very helpful on deciding on a treatment plan together.

For years I have struggle with ADHD and anxiety but did not know that’s what I had. After several meetings with my provider Tifane , she was able to get me on the right medication for my ADHD and anxiety. This has been a game changer for me. I’m able to focus on my job and my schoolwork.

The provider was unpleasant. I scheduled an appointment with her because I was considering a new provider due to my current provider responding 7 days later after I tried reaching out to her. My Telehealth visit with the potential new provider was 5 minutes and 33 seconds and within that time frame there were 3 red flags. I tried to give the provider context as to why I was seeking another provider and I guess I was taking too long because she stopped me and stated “I see your long winded”. Then I began telling the provider that there’s a shortage of a particular medication and the medication is on back order and the provider proceeded to say I’m not going to be calling pharmacy to pharmacy to see if a medication is available, I will need you to do the leg work which is understandable, I do it now. Then i mentioned that I will talk with my current provider because I’m considering changing providers. It’s very unfortunate but this provider is not a good fit for me.
