Freshworks is located in Chicago's NorthCenter community. Our office is conveniently accessible by major bus lines & Brown Line trains with ample street parking also available. At Freshworks, we use the latest in dental technology and pride ourselves for the time and attention we give to each patient. We do not double-book patients and we try very hard to respect each patient's time. In return, we ask the same. Missed appointments are expensive; our staff and overhead expenses still have to be paid when a patient no-shows or cancels. Therefore, a credit card is required to hold appointments times and patients will be charged a minimum of $75 for missed appointments that are not cancelled or re-scheduled at least 48 business hours in-advance.
