I had a Nexplanon implant that needed removing and other facilities were booking months out. I was able to schedule here for 2 weeks out and it was a very quick and efficient visit.

I had a wonderful first gyno appointment. I’m convinced that if you dislike this doctor, it is purely because you’re racist overwhelmingly the only negative thing I read in comments was “unable to understand.” I had absolutely no issue she made me feel comfortable and safe. She told me what was going on. I highly recommend especially if you’re nervous and this is your first appointment. They did everything right!

I was rushed during my appointment. The provider did not listened to me when I voiced my concerns and questions. She kept telling me everything was fine when she did not even know, ask, or check what I was concerned about. Overall I was not heard AND rushed throughout my appointment. When I called to follow up she made comments of me not remembering what I said. When I am sure of what I said (notes proved this). Also she told me I needed to set an appointment to look at my chart. Not a good experience.

The overall service was all right. The staff up front publicly asked me about something I had written on my document regarding a sensitive matter, and I had to assure them a few times that I did not have a condition they believed that I had. I wish they would've made note about their concerns and asked me to clarify details in private. It was embarrassing. Aside from that, I was early for my appointment and it was close to 50 minutes later that I was able to be seen. Overall, I believe the staff was mostly professional and the doctor was nice, but I can tell they're not used to patients with my specific needs, so I don't think I'm good fit at this clinic.

It was a very quick appointment. I appreciated the fact that they were able to get me in so quickly as a new patient. I was seen for a specific reason. The Dr. quickly addressed that , and set me up for a mammogram. I will be going back for my annual exam mid month.

Not good. Tried to charge me a $50 deposit when I got there. Me and my boyfriend confirmed that it was $50 about 6 or 7 times. My card declined, even though I had the money in there so my boyfriend tried on Apple Pay. They took $60 and asked how we were going to pay the rest. Turns out they were trying to charge my card for over $300 before being seen.

It was a first visit which is why it took so long before I went back to see the doctor, just filling out paperwork.
I got my annual check up / physical/ ??pap smear/ blood work.
Once back in the room everything went pretty smoothly. There was bit of a wait initially but seemed like clock work once I saw the doctor.

The exam room was filthy. There was food crumbs and hair on the floor, and I didn't want to walk on it in stocking feet. As I sat waiting for the doctor, I noticed more dirt around me and just couldn't imagine getting undressed there. I left before the doctor came in. My appointment was early Monday morning, so I just could not excuse the filth.

Absolutely would never go back, Horrible bedside manner, and very untidy and disorganized doctor’s office. It is clear why there are so many available appointments. They charged me an exorbitant out of pocket cost for a simple routine pap smear when they claimed to take my insurance, and I already met my deductible. Appointment type said “IUD Insertion” and when I got there, they wouldn’t even allow me to get one in. They should at the very least change the appointment type to “IUD consultation” highly misleading. Do not go here!

After waiting for 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, I was taken in for weight, height, etc. then told to go back to the lobby and waited for another 40 minutes to no avail so I left. the office itself was sketchy, will definitely not be returning.

I had been going to the same doctor for 10 years, and after I moved, I was super worried about finding one that I would feel comfortable working with again. I truly lucked out with Dr. Zhou! She was very kind, clear, and caring.

She was so friendly and clearly good at her job. She was a wizard with the speculum and it wasn’t painful even though I was ANXIOUS. She communicated each piece before doing anything to help me prepare.
The office staff was very friendly and helpful! They were able to get me checked in and the basics in under 15 min.
I will be back whenever I get pregnant for sure

This doctor was, first and foremost, EXTREMELY hard to understand. Along with the front desk attendant. While I understand they are foreign, I couldn’t believe how poor their English was. It’s important to be able to adequately communicate your findings to your patients but the language barrier was impossible. She mentioned something about my cervix and I had to have her repeat herself 5 times after just giving up. She was not gentle with the exam and did not give any warning as to when she was beginning it. After it, she handed me a pad and told me to get dressed. Where I then had to walk to the lobby and pee in a cup before she would give me a birth control sample. The gentlemen in front announced “you’re good to go!” When my test came back negative and handed me the sample. Lastly, the birth control she prescribed me is over $80 for a 30 day supply after I told her my insurance typically only covers generic versions. Awful experience. Waste of $ & time.

I came here to get something checked out while im in Indy and my normal OBGYn is in Houston. While I was at it, I asked for birth control as well. I found it is ridiculous that they need to collect urine sample to find out if I'm pregnant or not before they send out my prescription, despite the fact I'm currently on my period. Notice that I emphasize to them the fact I'm CURRENTLY on period. I think it's just unnecessary other thanto collect insurance money, and I hate the office does that.
Not to mention the fact that the front desk attempted to collect alot of copay at the beginning of the appointment. When I told them I normally pay xxx amount copay only, then he went in to check again, and then agreed it was xxx amount copay as i told them
