My visit with Dr. Jehangir Gowani was a very short online consult, but the billing afterwards was unexpectedly complicated and concerning. Frisco Quick Care charged more than I would have paid for an uninsured ER visit for a brief virtual appointment, and even after insurance I was still billed without ever receiving a clear, itemized explanation. A random credit appeared and disappeared with no clarification, and despite multiple requests, I never received a proper breakdown only repeated “past due” notices. Because of this experience, I would not book with this provider again.
