From the ground up Chiropractic focuses on helping people meet their healthcare goals directed towards the activities of their everyday lives. Ranging anywhere from athletics, playing with kids/grandkids, gardening, hobbies, work etc. The goal of our practice is to help people partake in any activity of their choosing and be able to perform at the optimal level. We want you to be able to ask yourself, "Can I go out and do this without having to worry about the risk of injury to my body?" Through Chiropractic, we want people to feel like they have taken the necessary steps to help prevent, recover, and maintain a level they are happy with when it comes to their healthcare. In our office, we do what we can to educate our patients in order to help them "build" a stronger body moving forward and not to just fix it when it breaks down again. We want to help people get to the root of a problem in order to correct it to the best of our ability to allow the body to take care of itself as it's made to do. At From the ground up, you will have the utmost respect from the staff the minute you walk in the door until the minute you leave. We strive to have a family friendly atmosphere that you as the patient feels comfortable in and can build a trust in as long as you are a patient under our care!

Dr. Cyle is the best! He listens so he knows what areas need to be addressed. He takes the time to make sure what is being done is explained in a way that is understood. I have been looking for a chiropractor who listens and adjusts me accordingly; it is never just one issue. Dr. Kitchen earned my confidence and respect on my first appointment. I was so happy because he lessened my pain significantly on the first treatment that I called his office later on that day and told the receptionist I would be using his services from that day forward.
Dr. Kitchen loves to explain the human anatomy to anyone who will let him. The office is clean and beautifully decorated and parking has never been a problem. I have referred people to him several times.

Dr. Cyle was great to work with. He was an active listener with any issues I had going on. One thing that stood out was he is fully transparent with price/procedure/follow-up. Highly recommend seeing Dr. Cyle if you are in the need of any sort of adjustment. He is extremely knowledgeable.

I have gone to Dr. Kitchen for my chiropractic care for a few months now and will continue to go to him. I have been impressed with how professional and thorough Dr. Kitchen has been with how he handles my issues. As a woman, I feel completely comfortable and respected when I come to see Dr. Kitchen. He has never once made me feel uncomfortable. Overall, I would recommend Dr. Kitchen to someone who is looking for a friendly, respectable, and safe person to see for their chiropractic care.
