Chelsea is amazing! I booked a consultative appointment to learn more about nutrition for my weight loss journey. Going into the appointment, I was not sure how I’d be able to feel full or energized while eating in a caloric deficit, but Chelsea asked about my daily eating routines and pointed out some slight changes I could implement that could get me there. I feel very confident moving forward, and I’m excited to continue working with her! I did not feel judged one bit ( as I’m a bit of a picky eater), and I’m glad that all of her suggestions were sustainable for my lifestyle!
