Fill out the paperwork as thoroughly as possible and click submit when you are finished until you receive a ✔️
2. If for some reason you must reschedule your appointment please contact the office 24 hours in advance.

Unprofessional, demeanor was extremely off-putting, she tried to make me a cash payment by lying and telling me that my insurance would cover only a low ball amount when in fact, the document she had me sign was basically saying that I agree that my insurance will not pay. I guess she didn't want to wait the time it would take to get reimbursed. She was the only one in the office as she was working the front desk and had 6 other people in there. My appointment was at 12:15 and by 1:00 I was STILL not seen nor was I acknowledged for my time sitting. When I told her I would come back, because obviously I did not plan on waiting over an hour, she didn't even acknowledge that nor said Good bye when I left. I would NEVER recommend this doctor. They're too many other doctors in Atlanta who are way more professional, up-front, organized and willing to do their job. She could never touch me and it's a shame that this person is even recommended.

For new patients, please make sure that you fill out your Patient information form before your first visit. Due to post Covid, the Patient information form is online, yet do yourself justice & fill the form out on a Desktop Computer.
I tried to fill the form out on my phone & it was a nightmare.
Secondly, how is the service?
Well, Dr. Nailah Smith is a miracle worker & brought me back from Michael Jackson Thriller. Yes! I was walking like a Zombie , yet due to Dr. Smith’s Knowledge, wisdom & understanding, of the human anatomy, & her 360 degree spinal correction, my whole body went through a transformation, from Zombie…to certified Moon Walker!

Dr. Smith is amazing. Shes very knowledgeable and always makes me feel relaxed when I come. Her adjustments are spot on and little by little she has been helping me get through my cervical scoliosis. The office also plays soothing and calming music that help you completely relax even more. I highly recommend going to her!

Nail ah Smith is an excellent chiropractor! She is a great communicator and keeps you informed of every step of your treatment. Smith was very unpleasant. She didn't bother to help me with my paper work.She was doing to much.I thought she was an Admin.After I told her how I feel and her what was her she replied (I'm Dr.Smith) So that explains why she was all over the place.Too much paper work to feel out just to get a lower back treatment. So I left ,I got on the phone and call Dr.Harris which she located off of 78 in the LA Fittness plaza.I got in and I got out with a smile ?? on my face. As For Dr.Do To Much.She need to get a Admin up in there and let Dr.Do To Much do wat she qualify in doing. NEVER WILL I GO BACK

It was my first time seeing a chiropractor and Dr. Smith was AMAZING!! My phone kept going back to the same paperwork over and over. Dr. Smith took time away from what she was doing and assisted me. Her PSR was not at work on my first visit and I was still seen promptly.

This provider needs to get new office staff they are very unprofessional. The office also reeks of weed which was unpleasant and very annoying as I came in for a Drs appt not a smoke session. I will not be back. I left before I could even be seen as the office staff couldnot even tell what my appt was going to cost even though I submitted all the paperwork online prior to the appointment. The office confirmed my appointment on the day of so I was not even sure until the afternoon that I was even going to have an appt. If you are are thinking about booking this place, don’t. Save your self the time.
