Welcome to Fully Integrated Psychotherapy and Consultation! We offer the use of mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, parts work/ego state work, IFS and EMDR therapy to assist clients in the process of integrating their emotions, thoughts, behaviors and psychological systems to align with the client’s life goals. We provide Telehealth individual therapy sessions to get to the root causes of the client’s concerns and to work towards healing for lasting change. What sets us apart from other practices is we are not just talk therapy.

Very blah. I would cry and tell deep childhood memories and he just said ok gotcha. He was nice, but not for me. Super awkward and not personable. Was just my intake so maybe I didn’t give him a chance. But if I don’t feel a vibe on the intake I move on.

Absolutely love my time with Catherine. She has excellent bedside manner and is very empathetic towards her clients. Always on time and considerate of others. Answers emails within an appropriate amount of time and has many options for appointment times for those who work. highly recommend her!

Therapist was fifteen minutes late. When time came for consultation, explained it was because they were on another call. Appeared dishevelled and disorganized, seems like I was inconveniencing them and appeared rushed. Didn't appear professional at all. When I mentioned that I didn't feel comfortable, she just stated to end the session. Not someone who seems to have their act together, never mind someone who is able to give advice to other people. I would stay away.

Pheonyx is AMAZAING! went through many therapists almost gave up after a few horrible consultations. But Pheonyx made me feel safe and comfortable immediately. I did not feel judged and she made it so easy to be honest and be myself even about things I’m embarrassed about. She clearly understands ADHD and is really good at pinpointing and helping you understand things you didn’t understand before. She is patient, kind, knowledgeable and an amazing listener. If you jut need to vent, If you need some insight, if you need a light hearted conversation she’s right there ready to support you however you need her too. One of the few therapists over the years who seems genuinely invested in your growth, and helping you not just collecting a check. I highly recommend her, she’s the needle in the haystack you never knew you needed!

My 8 year old sees Sohaib, not only is she excited for all of her visits, she often wishes they were longer. Sohaib gives language and visuals to help her understand the depths of her emotions, he uses a nonjudgmental and empathetic lens so neither myself nor my daughter feel judged. It sounds like all they’re doing is having fun but that’s because Sohaib is an amazing therapist, using art therapy and using his personal insight to build rapport and connect it to topics to explore. I would recommend them for children and adults!

Quite possibly the worst couples counselor ever. I’ve never met someone more inclined to favor with the other person on every single issue that was spoken about, when she should be impartial listening to both sides. Would constantly interrupt while speaking or explaining what was bothering you. Only recommendation I would say, if you want your relationship to end definitely go see her and give her a couple of weeks guarantee she will make it happen. She is clearly in the wrong profession
