The experience was unlike a "typical" doctors visit. Melissa-NP asked me questions and did not focus on my history or my family history, I greatly appreciated that. She was not rushed and spent almost an hour with me. I left there feeling positive about my health.

Ive been struggling for the past 5 years. Its very hard to advocate for yourself and know your body. Ive tried talking to psychs but at the end of the day, they basically said “your out of luck”
First doctor that i felt heard and actually listened and offered the help I need it brought me to tears. “How have i been living like this?” So many tragedies because your a number. I just think if i had met her a long time ago, so much trauma and waking up scared dreading every day would have been eliminated.
Thank you for doing your job, thank you for advocating for us when we cant. I could not reccomend her more. Dont wait

I stumbled across FHO after receiving a health diagnosis that had me very overwhelmed. My previous healthcare providers weren’t sure of the root cause, and had no intention of getting to the root cause, of my newly discovered condition and prescribed me medicine and asked to see me in 4 weeks. Seeing Micaela was a complete breath of fresh air from any provider I have seen. We discussed so many components of health - diet, mineral levels, heavy metals, supplements, fasting, non-toxic living, etc. that most other providers wouldn’t even think to look at. I left her office with a game plan and a sense of hope. Would highly recommend investing in your health and seeing Micaela, she is amazing!
