Functional Nutrition and Wellness

Having a healthy diet and lifestyle doesn't have to be so difficult. I can help you find simple solutions to having a healthier diet that are achievable. I don't do fad diets and I believe all foods can fit in a healthy way. I do not accept insurance at this time. My fees are sliding scale $125-150 for the initial visit and $65-80 for the follow up visits.
