I was very pleased with my interactions with the dentists and the hygienists. Everyone was very nice and personable. They were respectful of my time and didn't "dumb down" any information, which I really appreciate (as my spouse said, I "got actual numbers" for how my teeth were doing, instead of vague descriptions).
The dentist was great, but the staff were not. I was lied to about my insurance coverage before my appointment even though I asked about my coverage at multiple points including during check-in and with the dental assistant. The dental assistant, Anne, literally told me that my insurance would cover whatever x-rays she took that day. It was not until the end of my appointment that I was told that I actually did not have dental insurance at all (!!!!!), and that I would need to pay upwards of two hundred dollars for the x-rays. Once I was finally able to speak with the office manager, who seems to be the only person with sense there, things worked out, and I decided to keep my appointment for the cleaning and oral surgeon. But when I went for the appointment for the cleaning and oral surgeon, my wait time was over an hour, and I decided that I no longer wanted the oral surgeon consult, I only wanted the cleaning. The dental hygienist tried to get him in the room with me a total of four times. I hate that health care is a business!! I will continue going to offices where they focus on volume of patients, instead of amount of services for only a few patients. I honestly FELT like they were trying to squeeze as much money out of me as they could. It's really a shame because I did like the dentist, and I felt like Dr Hannah really is a good and thorough dentist. The dental assistant and dental hygienist were good at performing their jobs in my mouth as well, but their actions as far as treating me like a customer (which I understand is part of their job, because again, health care is a business) put a bad taste in my mouth, no pun intended, and I will not be back.

I really like my dentist, Dr. Aaronson-Barsky, and also my hygienist, Ana. Ana is very careful about areas that are sensitive and lets me take breaks during my cleaning. Dr. Aaronson-Barsky is very nice and listens to my concerns. Thank you to both of them for making going to the dentist pleasant.
I'd like to reiterate my appreciation for the care and thoroughness shown by Dr. Barsky and the various hygienists who assist her. They are always careful to make sure I'm not in pain or discomfort during procedures and to make sure results are right (i.e., proper bite after new filling or filling replacement). Thanks!

The people working at Fusion Dental are very friendly, kind, courteous, helpful. You are greeted with a smile, and they care about how you are feeling, any questions you need answered, and the gentle and excellent care that you are given by your hygienist and your dentist. A very, very good experience.

He had a great bedside manner, listened patiently, and communicated with me through the procedure, was focus on what was necessary to be done, and no advertisement. I definitely go back there again. Greatest experience with a dental office.
I generally have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist and have had some unpleasant experiences with other dentists in the area. I found Dr. Tavakoli to be very kind and efficient. He also was sure to explain the things he was doing, which helps a lot with allaying nerves. I felt he did not over-prescribe anything and was able to quickly fix a broken filling I had. I found his calm and pleasant demeanor to be reassuring.
