Never saw the doctor as the front desk personnel was rude and difficult in using my insurance. I felt this clinic was not where I should be so I walked out.
It doesn't speak well for the Dr who is losing patients.
ZocDoc is not a good fit as they don't coordinate with the clinic before patient arrives to find there are problems with the insurance. In my case I need a referral first.

I really enjoyed the fact that Dr. was good at listening and very helpful. Was practical and did not try to charge me on a lot of stuff. He gave me lots of practical things about treatment of my issues and they were much cheaper than I expected them to be. And he told me that I could get more sense of things, but they would not help me as much as just the regular stuff. And that was so refreshing. Very excited I found this physician.

That first question is not the correct answer. I was trying to hit all the stars starting with the first star and it stuck on Never which is INCORRECT. My first visit was great and after the injection I could finally walk on my foot for the first time in a long time. I will be referring Dr. Moody to friends.

Great DPM experience for 1st visit. Provider answered all my questions & offered reasonable suggestions & expectations, along with educational insights. I did not feel rushed though there were other patients waiting due to late office start due to unforeseen delays with major traffic issue earlier in morning. Very good foot care was provided and plan for follow up. I am suggesting Dr Mankerious to other family members & friends. Overall, very nice office visit & have no criticisms at all.

This was my second time seeing Dr. Moody. Pretty quick procedure both times.
Also, I believe the nurse’s name was Sarah. I got pretty faint and she did a wonderful job at making sure I was distracted, couldn’t see what was going on, and had something to snack on before they started. Plus she got an ice pack for my neck which was super helpful.

Dr. Moody is wonderful and the front desk ladies are very kind and helpful, he's helping my ankle heal from multiple fractures. My amerigroup insurance was accepted without issues, wait time was like maybe five minutes, the doctor listened to my problems empathetically and treated my fracture with care.

Wish they had a system that routed through your cell for appointments & filling out paperwork. I’m 70 and not as Fast as I was. If I had known prior I would’ve filled out the paperwork online My Appnt was 11:15 & I finished at 12: Then I saw Dr & was done in 15 mins. Everything is routed via emails & I just don’t check my email often at all. Not sure why I even have email.
