I’d never go back, in fact I told them not to follow up with me. I went in to get a referral for a shoulder specialist. As soon as I saw the Dr. she said right away she wasn’t an ortho. She then proceeded to move my arm around and told me that “it probably just hurts.” She tried to get me to get a shot of cortisone in house day of as well as prescription pain killers. I told her I wanted neither of that, just an xray and a referral to an ortho. I told her not to write the prescription, she did anyways. When I checked out they tried to get me the prescription again and I said not to write it and refused to give them my pharmacy. Legit the worst experience I’ve had at a pcp. I wouldn’t recommend.

I was extremely displeased with this doctor’s bedside manner. I felt judged and ridiculed. The doctor came in and immediately started to criticize the prior care I had provided for myself. Did not ask any questions. She poked around a bit, and had a urine and blood sample ordered. The results were discussed in the hallway for all other patients to hear. The doctor sent me away for imaging with no sense of reassurance, understanding of my pain, or any clear idea of what I could be experiencing. I’m already stressed out due to pain, and this doctor did not help ease any anxieties whatsoever. While I understand that further imaging may help her do her job, it felt as though she couldn’t be bothered to see ME, and just wanted to see numbers or documents that I could provide for her.

Everything from beginnning to end was flawless. Alll personnal was welcoming, had everything ready to complete, Dr. Reyes was outstanding in every aspect!!! She had read thru my history and needs. Answered all my questions and was engaging and very pleasant during our 1st appt. interview. I am very satisfied with Fusion Medical and look forward moving forth with my health needs.

I don’t like the way provider treats me, she not even care about my symptoms, she said that is because I’m old and i don’t want to accept it. From 0 to 10 I give her 0. She even said that I have really bad depression symptoms which is not true, I don’t make my appointment because I feel depressed. I make my appointment because I going through menopause symptoms and she said that we all women’s have going through. And she right about that. But I talk to her about all my concerns and she those not care.

Nurse put the blood pressure cuff on too tight, I told her it hurt she just looked at me and smirked. Nurse was horrible. The phlebotomist was great she was very attentive and so sweet. My doctor was amazing and very attentive

I’m happy to have found a primary care provider in Dr. Maressa. She listened to my concerns and was very honest with me about my health. If I have any issues I know I can call and they will get me in right away. I felt cared about by her and her staff!

Doctor was incredibly rude and dismissive. I went in worried about high cholesterol and she told me I have nothing to worry about because "only old and fat people get high cholesterol."
She also told me I need to "stop going to Dr Google," despite the fact I never mentioned googling anything at all. After telling me I was there for no real reason, she said she wanted to see me back in 4mo to check my cholesterol. I asked "what do I do between now and then?"
Only answer she gave me... "diet and exercise."
Frankly, "Dr Google" would've been more help than she was.
I waited in that office for 45 minutes for my appointment to last less than five minutes. She was dismissive, did not listen, had terrible bedside manor. I wouldn't recommend ANYBODY go here.

I felt unheard and just rushed along. I saw the doctor for all of 10 minutes which could have been a phone call as she just prescribed meds and left even after expressing my concerns with medication

Dr. Alejandro is very friendly but the office is disorganized. It’s unclear what kind of practice it is. She referred to me as “baby girl” and didn’t realize I had lab results.

Unfortunately had an interesting experience as a first time patient. She had not read my detailed patient intake form, so she misunderstood why I was there. I had just seen a doctor 4 months prior for a well check, but I could no longer see that doctor in future years because I am turning 26 and will be kicked off MDVIP. I recently got married and my husband hasn’t been to the doctor in years. I decided we should start looking for a new doctor together to find who we like.
I also wanted to ask a few questions about my health to get advice.
When she came in, she sounded very disappointed in me for being there since I had just had a well check. I felt like I had to defend myself for being there, for she kept asking me questions like “why are you really here” in an annoyed tone. I had to ask her if I could tell her about one of the things on my patient intake form. She rushed the appt, but I just wanted to get out of there as possible anyways since I was on the verge of tears.

Not only did she refuse to refill my adderall prescription during a time when the government has already been making it hard enough to get access for the past 3 years, she was condescending, dismissive, and rude towards me about my diagnosis. I understand it can be an addictive and abused substance, but she never asked me any questions about my usage, just about my past doctors. It’s okay if she doesnt refill adderall at her practice, its okay if she has personal hangups about the drug, but she couldve told me that without being unprofessionally rude. The exhasperated sighs, scoffing, and head shaking, and the rant about her disdain for telehealth made me feel like she saw me as a stupid misdiagnosed addict, and not as a patient seeking healthcare she wasnt able to provide.
Front desk and nurses/assistants were incredibly kind and hospitable. Doctor had the worst bedside manner I’ve ever experienced and I will not be returning to this practice.

I have been a patient of Dr. Maressa Alejandro-Reyes for several years now. I trust her completely, which is why I’ve followed her -over the past 16 years-wherever she’s moved in her practice. She is incredibly caring, a genuinely good listener, and always takes the time to understand my concerns without ever making me feel rushed.

She doesn’t know this yet, but I’ve adopted Dr. Maressa as one of my aunties. No one gives hugs and kisses on the cheek the right way, except your auntie and I’m claiming her for mine. I know I’m in good hands because she was completely anxiety reducing and I can tell she TRULY cares about my health and wellbeing, with only ONE visit. Looking forward to my follow up. Thank you!

The Doctor has a Holier-Than-Thou attitude. How dare you take 1 look at a patient who has a Fatal Congenital Disorder that just because you never heard of it dismissed said patient and instead of helping them with what they were in need of instead you recommend mental health services. Never looked at the years of medical records, tests, and x-rays that were all with me during the short appointment . Did not try to learn anything about me or my condition nor cared to. They assumed because of the request that was made, I was something other than what I am and would not even listen as I tried to explain the situation that brought me to them. Horrible Doctor, horrible person.

Dr.Alejandro was great! She was very nice and witty. Her staff was equally great. Everyone was very welcoming and professional. The office space is definitely nicer than the outside building appearance, so don’t be fooled. The office was very clean and nicely decorated. I will definitely be returning.

Doc was good but the staff is awful, they don’t follow up on paperwork, they say they will do something and they don’t, completely unreliable , took forever to figure out lab work , I won’t be returning because of the support staff. Would not recommend this place , told my parents to stay away from here
