28 years of pain and physical therapy. I was seeking someone that was smart, knowledgeable with my pain condition and someone with an advanced degree in orthopedics and Kyle Dodge is that all in 1 package. He is also super kind which means so much when you are in pain. He explains things so well, watches how I do my exercises, so I do not hurt myself. He explains things so well when it comes to why I am doing this exercise, how it will help my muscles and why it is important for the long run.
He is a very happy person which also helps when you're in pain. It is nice to have someone so smart in charge of my physical therapy!
