My practice is a "one stop shop" for nutrition and exercise services. I am a Registered Dietitian who holds a Master's in Exercise Physiology from Columbia
University as well as a certified personal trainer, Pilates instructor, and lifelong dancer. I provide nutrition counseling, personal training, Pilates, written fitness programs, and online health coaching.
I specialize in weight loss, sports nutrition, eating to build muscle/ lose fat, and eating disorders. I also help patients with cardiovascular disease, high cholesterol or triglycerides, high blood pressure, diabetes or pre-diabetes, gastrointestinal issues, pre/post-natal clients, vegans/ vegetarians, and other health conditions.
I use a non-diet, compassionate, and highly personalized approach that helps clients learn what and how to eat, reach their goals, get results that last, and forge lifelong healthy habits.
