My appointment was scheduled for 11AM. My first call was sometime after 9AM no response. I called several times after and even left voicemail and no response. I then drove 8 miles to their office couldn’t find the location so I called again. This time someone answered and after explaining. She said that she saw that the appointment was made however it would take 2 to 3 days to verify my insurance. That if I wanted to be seen today that I could need to pay cash. Needless to say that I was not happy. I didn’t take up the offer and would never go to see them again.

Eunjung, the acupuncturist doctor, has been thoroughly understanding on what patient needs and has been applied her treatment providing the best interest of elevating pains from injuries in multipart of body.
