Was supposed to be contacted by them for details on how to do my video visit, was never co ticked. They changed my appointment time on their site and still never contacted me for the appointment.

They best I seen in like 5 years because I stopped going to other doctors for a bit. But I feel like I can maybe start seeing them again slowly since the doctor nicole was really underrated and even made sure I was ok on everything till I saw a GI. I didn't want it but she made sure I atleast had for backup which ik other doctors would not really do. I hope that doctor is there long term because I felt like she actually cared.

I'm assuming because it was a major holiday that the office was closed, if that was the case, I should not have been able to make the virtual appointment for today. I had to make another appointment for tomorrow and hopefully I get seen. If I do my review will change

I don't know anything about the doctor, but the Nurse Practitioner Nancy was great. She was personable, friendly, knew about my very rare condition and understood how to talk to me without all the fluff, but enough knowledge and can do attitude that gives me the confidence to return
