I was there to get one vaccine and waited 45 minutes to get into a room. The doctor seemed careless and didn’t wash his hands or wear gloves.

Great doctor. Listens well and will answer any questions you have. Waiting time was amazing!! I only waited a few minutes. I would highly recommend Dr. Gary Dicanio!! Office is extremely clean and staff is very friendly!

horrible . the doctor would not answer the calls from pharmacy to renew prescription . so i called 10 times , with no answer or call back , set up a appointment on zoc doc , it was confirmed , because no one would answer the phone at office ,when i got to office i was turned away to walk-ins, then told to make another the following week . so now i am left to scramble for a different doctor just to renew prescription. i would NOT recommend and cant under how providers like this are on zoc doc

find a different provider , the commutation skills there at horrible ., between doctor and receptionist , doc and patient, they never answer the phone or call back . they over book then when you go with appointment the walk -in come first , they why make appointments ??

I normally see the PA I believe Robert but he was not in so I had no choice but to see this MD. He was over an hour late. He barely checked me and barely spoke to me. The girl in the front is awesome so friendly and acknowledged I was waiting for a long time. I will be back to see Robert but I will not be seeing this MD anytime soon.

I did all necessary online forms and when I got to Dr office not only did they not know I had an appointment BUT THERE WERE NO DOCTORS IN THE OFFICE AT ALL THAT DAY.. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME

Doctor was sloppy, stain on his shirt, not well put together professionally. We had to ask the nurse to take height and weight. They suggested x ray for back pain and although results would be expected in a week or 2 doctor said “see you in a month” just not the care we’re looking for.

I was hoping to find a new primary care physician and I did! Dr. Rodriguez was wonderful! He made me feel comfortable and listened to my concerns. The only issue I noticed was the office rooms were a bit dated & dusty, but it won’t stop me from coming back. The receptionist was sweet and courteous. Thank you for a great visit!

I had to seek medical care while on Long Island dealing with a serious family medical emergency, and I’m very grateful I found this practice. Delmas and Ozzy were professional, compassionate, and genuinely attentive from the moment I arrived.
They took the time to listen, answered my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. Given the stress I was under, their empathy and kindness made a difficult situation much easier to navigate.
I felt heard, respected, and well cared for. The entire experience was positive, and I truly appreciate the support and care I received. Highly recommend.
