They were unaware of my appointment and rude to me from the moment i walked. I decided not to be seen after all due to rudeness, unawareness of appointment, and after showing them all the texts I received to confirm appointment and filling out forms online, they still wanted me to redo forms. I refused. I’ll find another gastro doctor!

I had a good experience with Dr. Franco. She doesn't waste time, and got the ball rolling, I have the feeling of food getting stuck and might have Crohn's disease therefore she order a colonoscopy and endoscopy plus gastric emptying test. Looking forward starting a treatment plan with Dr. Franco. I got a good vibe from her. The office visit was great and office staff was pleasent. Thanks.

Dr. Franco Corso was very courteous, prompt, and attentive. She listened to all my questions and provided very helpful advice and insight. She helped address my concerns. The office staff and nurses were polite and helpful. I would recommend this doctor’s office, and I would go back again in the future.

The staff claimed they never received my appointment even with the confirmation they were shown. The doctor refused to see me without medical records. They text repeatedly saying they were trying to reach me, but wouldn't answer the phone nor return calls. This office is unorganized and blames patients for their ineptitude.They shouldn't post appointments they can't fulfill. I left with absolutely nothing but excuses, frustration, and disappointment. Zero stars and I don't recommend.

The doctor seems very knowledgeable and explained things clearly. He is a very high energy person, who talks a mile a minute. Did not hesitate or balk to repeat or clarify when asked. So I was comfortable with that approach. I do plan to go back.

It was nice to have reminders leading up to the appointment. The Dr. called me after my appointment to let me know they had gotten my records from the previous dr. and that the tests were negative for the problem he was concerned about. It was nice know to have to worry about it.
