I will be definitely back! Dr. Horowitz is a very good doctor, dedicated towards his profession and always cares his patients.A patient can freely interact with him, he gives sufficient time to the patient to express their health issues. The way he handles the patient is very much impressive.

Overall, the appointment was fine. I’m someone who takes strong interest in my health and so I think that they weren’t prepared to explain to me what was going on step-by-step. People were coming in and just talking at me instead of introducing themselves or letting me know what they would be doing.
The doctor was nice enough, and the additional staff supported me when I explicitly asked for clarification. ?

The visit with Dr. Quainoo confirmed all of the five star ratings I read before booking the appoi tment. It was a really busy time in the office when I arrived but my consultation with her did not feel rushed. Dr. Quainoo7 immediately put me at ease which made me comfortable during the visit from start to finish. She listened to me and proposed an action plan based on our conversation and the medical documentation I provided. I left feeling confident in her recommendations for moving forward with identifying the root cause of my issue.

My experience was great. The provider was very thorough and asked all the right questions. As a black women, it’s hard to find providers who ask the right questions and look further into your concerns. This provider did just that. The office was nice, clean and lux. No wait time. Thank you.

I went to Dr. Quainoo because the previous doctor I had gone to didn't really listen to my symptoms. He kept saying all is well. Dr. Quainoo took the time to listen and suggested some tests and explained some of the reasons I could be having the symptoms I was experiencing. I will give an update on my follow-up appointment. I do recommend her.

I’m extremely happy I found Dr. Quainoo. She is very personable, professional & kind. The front desk was rude & unprofessional, however after seeing Dr. Quainoo, that frustration I felt from the front desk, disappeared. Upon walking into the office this morning, I waited a second once I got to the front desk & they just looked at me & I just looked at them & than I said “GOOD MORNING” & they said “good morning”. Smh a greeting is the bare minimum. In any other situation, I would NEVER return to office after that kind of encounter, however I really liked Dr. Quainoo & she changed my feelings once I was seen. I give her a A++++ & the front desk a F.

The location was far from me, but it was great to come in and be greeted by smiling faces to have my name called correctly and to be offered water and to feel safe in space. Cleanliness was optimal at this location everywhere it was clean, and there was still the Covid barrier up, which is great for me because I have an illness and there were still Seating so people know to set up from each other. That made me feel safe as well.

Such a great experience. I seem to catch an appointment that someone probably had just canceled. I was seen immediately after registering. Dr Quainoo was amazing and listened to all my concerns in detail. I came down with a travel bug and was in so much pain. It was a Sunday and I needed a specific med which she called around making sure that I received it. She knew just the right medicine to prescribe and boom the next day I was good as new! I really can't thank her and the office staff enough. Will be looking to make her my regular Gastro if I ever have any other issues!

Dr Quainoo was so great. Super sharp & really sat down with me and listened to all of my symptoms. Then methodically went through each thing to figure out what tests were appropriate. It was worth coming all the way from the city to see her.

Dr. Quainoo and the staff were great. The only minor negative is that I was the first appointment of the day and was requested to arrive 15 minutes early; which I did. However, the office was not open. The doctor and staff arrived about 5 minutes late and took me in pretty quickly. Regardless I recommend them highly.

Very pleasant visit. The staff was very friendly and the doctor was very through, great bedside manner; she asked all the right questions and showed genuine concern. By the end of the visit she ordered a full panel of test. I gave 4-stars because this was my initial visit (consultation). All and all I would recommend you make an appointment.
