It's my 2nd time in 2 years visiting a Gastro, the first Dr was an unfortunate experience and even after my labs refused to give me medication for it because I wouldn't get an endoscopy. A year later, same pain I didn't want to experience that and I didn't. This was the total opposite experience. Friendly staff, I felt seen and heard and my concerns were addressed . I felt like we had a plan to find and resolve my health issues. Best decision I made was coming here, I wished I would've saved myself alot of pain and time and came in sooner.

Krystal explained all the steps of the exam very clearly and made the whole process extremely comfortable for me. She was very quick and reassuring. She is definitely very experienced and has a great bedside manner.
