Office was cleaned and staff was polite. Although it was very crowded and they were trying to get through patients quickly once in with the doctor, he was great bedside manner explained everything. Only complaint I have is I was sent to the hospital for a CAT scan, and although the scan was clear. It took the doctors office three days to follow up with me.

No, I will not go back.Dr Lo is a good Dr.The office in 500 New Hempstead is scary.It's like aZoo. The doctors see patients in between procedures. They are not treating patients with respect. The office needs a new management.

As soon as I walked in the office I was greeted by a friendly Doctor. I was completely relaxed and confortable when I explained my concerns about my health. He patiently listened and answered all my questions. He is very polite and friendly. I will recommend him to anyone who needs to go a gastroenterologist.

I would recommend going to see Dr Molinas, she is very easy to talk to, she is professional and takes time with the patient. I left the office feeling confident my GI issues will resolve I guess time will tell and if they don’t I would not even have to think twice about going back to her and starting all over again. If you are looking for a GI doctor I would highly recommend

Doctor seems to have wealth of experience and knowledge. She was very curt with me and I felt her attitude was judgemental. The office itself seemed somewhat chaotic and patient restroom was not hygienic. I found a puddle of urine on floor and in the waiting room the hand sanitizer bottle was empty. The environment inside the treatment rooms and offices had an overall look and feel of being unhygienic. Doctors were very active in background of office and their conversations were easily heard and at times inappropriate with a jocularity that was unprofessional. Dr. Molinas seems to be a skilled clinician but her abrupt style and lack of empathy accompanied by a cockiness in her manner me feel discounted and mocked.

I had such a positive experience with Tara. She personally came out to get me, which already made me feel more comfortable. During my visit, she asked all the right questions and really took the time to listen. I never once felt rushed, which is rare — most providers just try to get you out the door with a quick prescription. Tara truly heard me out and is already taking thoughtful action to address my concerns. I left feeling cared for, highly recommend her!
