Pansy is exactly what i look for as model healthcare professional. Shes knowledgeable, attentive, easy to talk to, has solid bedside manner but is direct in a gentle way. The practice is her and her husband, theyre both very nice people and very accommodating. Huge bonus that they're open early in the morning and on Saturdays so it works well that I don't have to take time off work for an appointment. I won't at all be surprised if Pansy and her husband's practice sees sudden and significant growth in clientele.

Just wow! You can truly tell when someone goes into a profession with the best intentions. From the moment I met her, I felt completely comfortable. She has such a warm and welcoming personality that makes you feel at ease sharing every health concern you have.
While she was getting ready to see me, her husband helped me in the front office and he was wonderful as well. I went to see Dr. Pansy for a routine checkup and to review my blood results, since my previous provider had not gone over them with me. She was incredibly thorough and used easy to understand analogies to help me grasp what each result meant.
Before I knew it, an hour had passed. With most providers I’ve seen, it often feels rushed, like they’re trying to move on as quickly as possible, but not Dr. Pansy. She took her time and made sure every single concern I had was addressed. She is definitely my primary provider now!

I had my first visit with Dr. Pansy Harris-Lane and it was a great experience from start to finish. The office was very clean, welcoming, and comfortable. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and took the time to really listen to my concerns without making me feel rushed. I felt completely at ease during my visit, which is so important when choosing a primary care provider.
The front desk was also wonderful, her husband was working the front desk and he was very polite, professional, and friendly, which made check-in and check-out easy and pleasant. Overall, the entire experience was smooth and positive. I will definitely be making her my PCP and would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a caring and welcoming provider.

BOOK! Amazing! For 10years, I’ve been on the hunt for an office that I could feel welcomed and I found it here! Pansy was great! I highly recommend her for primary care. She has weekend availability and is able to do bloodwork at the clinic. She did a great job drawing my blood (it’s usually hard to find my vein and feels very painful and nauseating to get my blood drawn, but I didn’t feel a thing when she did it). I hope to keep seeing Pansy for primary care needs in the future.

I had such an amazing experience during my first visit! As a Black woman, it meant so much to be cared for by another Black woman who truly understood me. She was warm, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable. She really took her time, listened to all my concerns, and made sure I felt heard and respected. I left the appointment feeling empowered and supported. I’m so grateful to have found her!

I really liked the doctor, though the office was a bit strange. The examination area had a curtain, rather than a door, which made me feel slightly uncomfortable, since I couldn’t be sure no one was in hearing range. This fact made me hesitant to ask any questions or share personal information.
The other odd thing was that I was asked to fill out a Zocdoc review on paper, in front of the doctor and staff. I had to hand it to them, which made me feel that I couldn’t be completely truthful about the experience. That’s why I’m filling out this review privately, to give my complete thoughts.
The doctor and staff were very personable and warm, and the exam was straightforward and efficient. If the office can provide a space with more privacy next time and avoid pushing me to fill out a review in person, I would consider returning.

Dr. Pansy is incredibly intelligent yet warm. Her ability to listen with intent and care made my first appointment feel as if I’ve been seeing her for years. I felt heard and she took action on all the concerns I had the first time! She is insightful and will ask questions and provide suggestions to decide on together. I feel such a relief after finding Dr. Pansy! I’ve been looking for a PCP who is compassionate and dedicated to her patients needs.
