I am a Licensed Professional Counselor located in Ocean Twp, New Jersey. I use a Cognitive Behavioral approach to therapy as well as a Solutions approach to assist client wanting to achieve lasting positive change, improved self-image and improved motivation. I also use motivational interviewing to assist people with improving their motivation to achieve positive change in all areas of their lives. I have experience working with depressive and anxiety disorders, daily living problems and parent-child/family relationship issues. I have over twenty five years of professional experience working with youth, adults, families and seniors. I also specialize in work conflict resolution and skills training.
