Never got my first appointment. I scheduled an online appointment and filled out all the forms and insurance information. I waited thirty minutes for the therapist to let me into the zoom but he never did. I phoned his office three times and just got his voicemail. I complained to my insurance provider. Shortly after the therapist phoned me and was abrupt rude and accusatory. He was blaming me for his failure to keep our appointment. Outrageous. Not recommended. He is unprofessional

Idk if this is a scam but I booked multiple appointments and was never seen by anyone. I filled out all the paperwork, 20 pages of detailed questions and was blown off for every single appointment after they verified my insurance etc. BEWARE idk what is going on but this is bizarre.

I communicated with the doctor telling him what medication I been taking that helps me and he refuse to provide me with the medication that will work. He prescribed medication that I never used and I do not want no experimental medication. I will not recommend I will need a doctor who listen and not just prescribe medication.
I didn’t realize he couldn’t do actual counseling, which is my fault for not doing better research. His listening skills are zero. It was clear he was only asking questions from a list and that he wasn’t listening to anything I was saying. I’d mention multiple things about myself that he ignored and then asked once he saw it on his list. He was also 20 minutes late to our call.

Does not use zocdoc info. Prctice makes you fill out their forms. Only prescribes medicine. No counseling. Not explained until the end of the appointment. Nice guy, but a waste of my time.

There was a glitch in that the paperwork we had filled out right after making the original appointment got lost in the woodwork, but Emmanuel was very understanding and very helpful in getting the process re-done quickly and getting the appointment up and running. The encounter was very professional, very relaxing environment and he has a great sense of humor. He knows his field of expertise extremely well and was quite impressive in not trying to duck around sensitive subjects. We appreciated his honesty, forthrightness, and (as William's wife) I appreciated his spouse's influence on keeping him on the straight and narrow!! (that's a joke guys... just a joke)
