A nice office if youre in the Washington heights harlem area. Its easy to get to and the staff is attentive and helpful even on a Sunday. 10/10

I did not see the doctor I booked with. The receptionist and doctor were very nice and clear with communication. Overall not satisfied with the service; the cleaning wasn't thorough, the communication between doctor and technician didn't seem streamlined, and the equipments weren't placed/held in the right place by the technician - it sprayed saliva all over my face and my skin was inflamed afterwards

They took routine X-rays, did a thorough cleaning, and clearly explained the next steps in a way that was easy to understand. I saw a female dental hygienist who didn’t speak any English and a female dentist both were kind. Thought I was going to see a male dentist. The dentist told me I have some cavities and need fillings, she informed me of some preventative procedures they can do that my insurance doesn’t cover. I hope my insurance will cover what I really need done without the cosmetic stuff.

I’m not usually a review leaver but, this place was great. My original dentist I went to told me my cavities weren’t an issue but my wisdom teeth were, but here they told me the opposite, saved me the money of having an unnecessary surgery that might do more damage than good.

First and foremost, I was seen the same day I booked my appt. I call to double check that the office took my insurance. They took me in a few minutes early. I needed a root canal and it was done. The dentist did a painless procedure and the staff was very helpful. Overall everything went well,highly recommend them

Excellent experience with Dr. Arsen and his team. I got a reminder call the day before, was seen immediately upon arrival, and the office was clean with state-of-the-art equipment. I recently visited this dental clinic for a filling, and I was truly impressed by the experience. My first visit, outside of the place, will throw you off.
It is a hole in the wall.
Inside is nice and clean, and it smells good.
However, what I didn't like
Was the rushed service, and
I didn't notice ID'S on the staff.
I should've left when I noticed that. Unprofessional!

I have had problems with my teeth my entire life and have seen more dentists than I can count. This office and doctor and literally the kindest, most sympathetic I have ever encountered. I was a mess when I arrived and I was treated so kindly I cried in the office. Embarrassing but true. I can’t recommend them enough. They are also price sensitive and will work with you financially. A+++

Booked an appointment with Dr. Murdakhayev, who was apparently not working that day. Could not communicate with the hygienist, who didn’t speak English (nobody told me this or asked if I spoke Spanish), and was barely audible even when I tried communicating. The Dr. who did see me was somewhat dismissive and rather than having a conversation about how often I needed to come in simply made me feel bad about having not been in for a while. Would not recommend.

This place was GREAT, my wife and I were seen by Gilmore. She was very nice, informative and answered all our questions. I am glad to have a new dentist. As for the staff, they were all nice and friendly. My wife and I look forward to continuing my checkups with them.

From start to finish, was an amazing experience. The young lady at the front desk is incredibly professional and very sweet and polite and PATIENT. It instantly put me at ease as someone who doesn’t look forward to the dentist. The doctors are all super on point and also very professional. I went in for a cleaning and tooth extraction. The tooth extraction went very very well. The cleaning also was really great which I needed. I have a follow up appointment in two weeks and I’m actually looking forward to it! I’m so glad I found this place. I love how small and intimate the place is as well. My actual appointment time was met and it was clear that they work diligently to get their patients the care they need! Super stellar!

Love this dental office. They are really nice, friendly and explain everything in details for you. They make sure you don’t feel any pain and that all your questions are answered. Im so glad I changed to them. My previous dentist was horrible. They don’t make you wait, they take care of you at the time of your appointment.

Dr. Arsen is the greatest Dentist in the world.He worked on my implant that was done poorly by a previous dentist. After seeing how poorly the previous implant was placed, Dr. Arsen spent approx.2 hours to fix the incompetent work. Be advised I was not charged a penny.Dr. Arsen really cares about his patients He is the complete opposite of a factory dentist.He is a real human being that wants to Help people nothing more nothing less. Today, on August 29, I came to Dr. Arsen s office on an emergency visit for a prior implant not done by his office.The problem was rectified correctly, no pain just good old professional worksmanship.I always leave his office much happier then when I walked in.
