I booked an appointment in advance and followed up this Dr.’s office prior to my appointment. I never heard back. I showed up for my appointment and no one was there. I get ahold of their “NYC” location and they told me Stamford is closed for the Jewish holiday. Which would’ve been totally fine but 1. It wasn’t a Jewish holiday and 2. Then why isn’t the NYC office closed for the Jewish holiday? and 3. No one thought to call me in advance to reschedule or even call me back at all? This appointment was booked 1 month out.. I don’t think I’ve ever left a bad review but the fact that no one has even called me to apologize I think shows what kind of experience this would overall be.

This doctor's visit was amazing. The dentist and hygienist were knowledgeable about my requests. The office was clean and the staff were excellent and friendly. I would recommend Dr. Arsen because he is knowledgeable and uses state of the art equipment.

From the moment we walked in the door, they were welcoming and made sure u felt comfortable… Dr.’s we patient and Kind. They were knowledgeable and transparent on what was needed for my care.. my son who had only been to the dentist twice was afraid but they made him feel comfortable and safe.. by the end he was relaxed laughing and giving fist bumps to the team. Definitely coming back .. think we found our new Dental home ..

As someone who has worked in dental offices, I enjoyed my first visit here. Nothing but amazing things to say. I had the fastest 3rd molar extraction done here, so simple and Dr.Murdakhayev is phenomenal!!! He is super professional as well as the staff who assisted. ?????? I HIGHLY recommend going to him for any dental needs from cleanings, exams, CT scans, X-rays, EXTRACTIONS, to cosmetic procedures!!! From the beginning, I was greeted warmly by the friendly and professional staff. The clinic itself is modern, clean, and equipped with the latest technology, which immediately put me at ease. If you’re looking for a dentist who combines exceptional skill with a warm and welcoming demeanor, look no further!!!! I will continue to recommend this office to family and friends ???????????? Thank you to all staff and Dr. A.M!!!! Don't forget they also have other office locations if Stamford is out of your way.

I need a lot of dental work done and they fixed my chipped tooth perfectly. I've never been this satisfied from a dentist. Had a root canal done and didn't feel a thing. Totally recommend them

This was my first time seeing Arsen Murdakhayev, DDS and it was an emergency appointment for a toothache. He is a great dentist! He was extremely empathetic and gentle given my fear of dentists, and he was an excellent listener as well. I thought I would have to get my tooth extracted, however, he assured me that the tooth could be saved and explained the pros and cons of a tooth extraction vs. a root canal; in the end, it was an obvious choice. My only complaint would be that he is a bit pricey. I go back in 2 weeks for my crown and if that goes well, I am strongly considering making him my “forever” dentist, but if I don’t, it would be because of his pricing.

This was my first visit; it seems like I have made a good decision switching my provider to Dr. Arsen Murdakhayev, he was very professional and polite, did a good job on my temporary crawn - I am scheduled to go back in 3 weeks. So far, I am very pleased and happy.

I have been looking for a dentist. Dr. Murdakhayev has good "bedside manner" and explains everything clearly, in depth as well as concisely.
While...wait for it...being nice. Yes, it's still a thing in 2023.

The lady who did my teeth cleaning was very sweet, but she got water all over my face multiple times. I don't mind getting wet, but it sure doesn't make me trust them with further dental work.

Had an implant crown placed by Dr. Yoo back in 2020. Unfortunately, the holding screw broke off inside the implant two weeks ago. Dr. Murdakhayev was able to remove the broken screw from the implant, and also slightly widen the inside of the crown so that he could reattach it with a larger screw which will hopefully reduce the chance of this happening again, and also the chance of the screw loosening up, at least not for quite a while. Thank you!

I had a good experience. Unfortunately I had an abscess with a bad infection so he had to removed the tooth. He explained clearly what it happened and he was quick to remove the tooth. I got my antibiotic prescription and and I paper explaining what to do after the extraction. The prices are pretty good. I was very happy overall.

I’m having implants placed by Dr. Murdakhayev—he is by far one of the best dentist I have ever seen. He listens, he explains procedures thoroughly and addresses all of my concerns. His prices and payment schedules are flexible and affordable—I can’t say enough about my experience so far. There are some other procedures I need done after the implants are seated, and I am going to pay him to do it instead of going to my managed care provider (who I don’t have to pay out of pocket) who’s work is nowhere near the quality work of Dr. M. Highly recommend him.

I hate dentist. I've had a phobia of them since childhood, but all that was put to ease. Doctor Murdakhayev and all the dental assistants were amazing at keeping me calm, checking on me periodically and talking through procedures. I'm actually looking forward to my next visit after seeing the progress in my smile after just 1 visit.
