I booked an appointment in advance and followed up this Dr.’s office prior to my appointment. I never heard back. I showed up for my appointment and no one was there. I get ahold of their “NYC” location and they told me Stamford is closed for the Jewish holiday. Which would’ve been totally fine but 1. It wasn’t a Jewish holiday and 2. Then why isn’t the NYC office closed for the Jewish holiday? and 3. No one thought to call me in advance to reschedule or even call me back at all? This appointment was booked 1 month out.. I don’t think I’ve ever left a bad review but the fact that no one has even called me to apologize I think shows what kind of experience this would overall be.

This doctor's visit was amazing. The dentist and hygienist were knowledgeable about my requests. The office was clean and the staff were excellent and friendly. I would recommend Dr. Arsen because he is knowledgeable and uses state of the art equipment.

From the moment we walked in the door, they were welcoming and made sure u felt comfortable… Dr.’s we patient and Kind. They were knowledgeable and transparent on what was needed for my care.. my son who had only been to the dentist twice was afraid but they made him feel comfortable and safe.. by the end he was relaxed laughing and giving fist bumps to the team. Definitely coming back .. think we found our new Dental home ..

I had the fastest 3rd molar extraction done here, so simple and Dr.Murdakhayev is phenomenal!!! He is super professional as well as the staff who assisted. ?????? I HIGHLY recommend going to him for any dental needs from cleanings, exams, CT scans, X-rays, EXTRACTIONS, to cosmetic procedures!!! From the beginning, I was greeted warmly by the friendly and professional staff. The clinic itself is modern, clean, and equipped with the latest technology, which immediately put me at ease. If you’re looking for a dentist who combines exceptional skill with a warm and welcoming demeanor, look no further!!!! I will continue to recommend this office to family and friends ???????????? Thank you to all staff and Dr. A.M!!!! Don't forget they also have other office locations if Stamford is out of your way.

Long wait, they took xrays on the wrong side, i had to remind the assistant which side i was having pain- the office was packed with patients and staff looked disorganized and not ready to attend everyone there. The dentist was very dry and recommended another specialist even though she performs the service. I did not feel welcome. Bad experience overall.

I was recommended this medical facility by a friend. I had a medical emergency wth a broken infected front tooth and was devastated. Needless to say the facility &Dr. Inessa were understanding and compassionate with my situation. I travel almost an hour up this facility and have no regrets with anything. My visit with Dr. Inessa was nothing short of amazing. This was my first time at Premier Dental. I went in with an emergency. Dr. Inessa took care of the issue in one visit. She was very informative during the entire procedure. Made sure I was okay and comfortable. Also made sure the temperature in the room was good enough for me. Assistants were also very helpful. Ladies at the desk were kind. Place was clean and organized. Safe to say, I will be a loyal client here at Premier Dental. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I love Inessa, she is my dentist currently and most likely for life because she is he best!! She helped me with My teeth and my options. She never made me feel dumb for asking any questions and always took the time to explain what’s happening with my teeth. I had a deep cavity and was scared I had to get a root canal but luckily Inessa was able to work her magic and I only got a crowning. It’s comforting to know I can trust my dentist and her team! It’s always really good environment when I do go… so welcoming. Highly recommend!
