I booked a 1:30PM appointment on ZocDoc, figuring there would be time to make it to a 3:15PM appointment 30mins away. Upon arrival, they were unaware of my booking, saying their system does not sync with ZocDoc. I arrived at 1:15PM and waited for an hour before I needed to leave without being seen to make it to my meeting. They apologized for the inconvenience, reasoning that they were very busy “as I can see” (referencing 3 others in the waiting room). Though I acknowledge their apology, I would’ve preferred they informed me they were an hour behind schedule upon my arrival as previous dentists/doctors of mine have in the past. This way I could have immediately decided to reschedule instead of wasting an hour of my time waiting.
I also overheard a patient complain that they wish they knew the doctor himself was not in the office today and we would all be seen by someone else who didn’t seem to be regular staff of the office.
Overall, very poor communication by the front desk team.

This is a beautiful and clean facility with kind, attentive staff and state of the art equipment. Dr. Arsen is the best dentist in Connecticut.

I am very happy I finally found the courage to have my wisdom tooth extracted - it had been torturing me for months but I just feared the procedure too much. Today the pain was excruciating so I made an emergency booking and it turned out to be an excellent decision! The office is welcoming and sparkling clean, the wait was minimal, and every single member of the staff was friendly and supportive. The procedure itself was over in minutes (10-20 minutes for the numbing to take effect and literally seconds for the extraction). At no point did I feel pain or discomfort. It’s been 6 hours and it feels like this never even happened. I can’t believe I was so terrified of something so easy, but then again I believe Dr. Murdakhayev’s expertise and kindness (as well as that of the lady assisting him) made all the difference! Thank you!

Dr. Arsen, the hygenist Gahiana and Daniel at the front desk were a breath of fresh air. I was nervous about my appointment and they did a wonderful job speaking to me clearly, kindly and confidently. Dr. Arsen explained everything in detail and Gahiana, bless her heart, checked on me so frequently during my cleaning. She was so conscious of me and my comfort. You go here and you feel right at home. From a woman whos afraid of the dentist and rough treatment, trust me this is your place!

This was my first visit; it seems like I have made a good decision switching my provider to Dr. Arsen Murdakhayev, he was very professional and polite, did a good job on my temporary crawn - I am scheduled to go back in 3 weeks. So far, I am very pleased and happy.

Had an implant crown placed by Dr. Yoo back in 2020. Unfortunately, the holding screw broke off inside the implant two weeks ago. Dr. Murdakhayev was able to remove the broken screw from the implant, and also slightly widen the inside of the crown so that he could reattach it with a larger screw which will hopefully reduce the chance of this happening again, and also the chance of the screw loosening up, at least not for quite a while. Thank you!

I had a good experience. Unfortunately I had an abscess with a bad infection so he had to removed the tooth. He explained clearly what it happened and he was quick to remove the tooth. I got my antibiotic prescription and and I paper explaining what to do after the extraction. The prices are pretty good. I was very happy overall.

I’m having implants placed by Dr. Murdakhayev—he is by far one of the best dentist I have ever seen. He listens, he explains procedures thoroughly and addresses all of my concerns. His prices and payment schedules are flexible and affordable—I can’t say enough about my experience so far. There are some other procedures I need done after the implants are seated, and I am going to pay him to do it instead of going to my managed care provider (who I don’t have to pay out of pocket) who’s work is nowhere near the quality work of Dr. M. Highly recommend him.

He was really nice but he was really Too rough on my gums my gums were hurting so bad I had a infection in my gums and he took my tooth out but he shaped my gums with his blades he said he was scraping off the infection ??

I hate dentist. I've had a phobia of them since childhood, but all that was put to ease. Doctor Murdakhayev and all the dental assistants were amazing at keeping me calm, checking on me periodically and talking through procedures. I'm actually looking forward to my next visit after seeing the progress in my smile after just 1 visit.
