She was nice but she only talked to me for 5 minutes and asked basic questions before giving me prescriptions. I don’t know why she picked those or if there are side effects or what I should do if I have issues. It just felt like she threw a prescription at me to make me go away so she could move onto the next client which might be what some people want but I would like a full assessment done not just random drugs that might help

Dr. Isabella was on time for my appointment. She was very professional and listen kindly with passion to my concerns. She was able to verify all the medications that i take on the state web data before our appointment. She gave me the opportunity to ask questions and interact with with her during my virtual visit. She is well knowledge on the medications she prescribed. She contacted me the day before my appointment to remind of the time and date of my appointment. i continue to use her for my mental health treatment.

I had a visit with NP Ngezeyeem and I was so impressed with the services she rendered. She was very attentive and sympathetic towards my condition. Prior to having a session with her, I had a lot of stress and anxiety, but after the session, I could already feel the anxiety lessening. She was very calm and insightful to what was going on and she offered me a listening ear and a warm heart to vent and express all what was going on with me. She reassured me that she is there for me anytime and she is ready to help me achieve my goals with my treatment. Hearing this from her, I was happy that I finally got the help I needed.
I fully recommend her to anybody needing therapy and mental health services for you will not regret seeking her for your mental health needs.
